About Us

Property Settlement Solutions (PSS) focuses on the settlement of residential off-the-plan properties, with an increasing role of property inspecting (defecting) on behalf of both purchasers and developers.

With the business inception in 2009, over the past sixteen years the PSS team has successfully settled and inspected over 42,000 off-the-plan properties with product ranging from $360,000 compact investment apartments to $25 million luxury residences.

We are actively engaged in the emerging Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector, with a particular focus on tenancy inspections and settlement-style services tailored to institutional landlords. We bring our experience from large-scale residential settlements into the BTR market, applying the same structured processes, attention to detail, and tenant liaison skills to support seamless handovers.
